• Identifiers: platform identifiers used for analytics or advertising (e.g., IDFA/AAID) when available and permitted by your device settings and applicable consent flows.
• Purchase and ad interaction signals: if you make in-app purchases or interact with ads, we may receive confirmations and limited reporting from app stores and ad partners.
• Support communications: if you email us, we receive the information you provide (e.g., email address and message content).

How we use information

• Operate and maintain the Services.
• Improve gameplay, difficulty tuning, and user experience.
• Debug crashes, prevent abuse, and ensure security.
• Measure performance of features and content.

Some DevCraftAI games may include third-party analytics and/or advertising SDKs. These partners may collect information from your device to provide analytics and, where applicable, personalized or contextual ads.

We follow platform consent requirements. On iOS, where required, we request permission for tracking (ATT). In regions requiring consent (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR), we present consent prompts for relevant purposes.

• Advertising partners where ads are shown, to serve and measure ads.
• Legal or safety requests when required to comply with law or protect users and the Services.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. Some partners may process identifiers for advertising/measurement as described above.

Our games are not intended for children under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will address it.
